Who I am

French by origin. Grounded in the UK. Passionate about changing lives and pushing people beyond what they thought possible.

I've spent more than a decade in performance, from elite sport environments to the gym floor. I coach and programme for individuals, and I treat health as a long-term asset rather than a quick gamble.

I'm reflective by nature. Every day I look at what worked, what didn't, and what to adjust. To me, that is the job.

What drives me

I've always been drawn to high-performance environments. Whatever I do, I keep raising the bar, pushing myself and people around me. In over a decade of coaching, one thing has always struck me: elite athletes have a whole team behind them. For everyone else, support is fragmented, contradictory and delayed. People building businesses, carrying teams and families, deserve the best too.

Health isn't what you trade for success. It's what makes success worth having.
How I think

No miracle solutions. Everything in human performance is grey.

Start with the person, not a protocol
I never reach for a standard template. Your history, your constraints and how you actually live come first. The plan is built around your reality, not the other way round.

The problem is rarely the problem
What you walk in with is usually a symptom. Back pain is rarely about the back. Proper assessment comes before answers, every time.

Joined-up, or it doesn't last
Training, nutrition, sleep and mindset don't work in isolation. Fix one and ignore the rest, and it slips the moment life changes. The joined-up version is the one that lasts.

Solace

The support structure elite athletes take for granted, built for founders.

Solace is an integrated twelve-month programme that brings strength, nutrition, psychology and mindset into one coordinated system, delivered around how busy people genuinely live, so your body or mind is never the bottleneck.

Weekly delivery. End-of-week debriefs. Monthly themes that build on each other across the year. After twelve months, you've reached something you couldn't have reached alone.
