What it is

Back pain is rarely about the back.

Most back pain advice is generic. Rest it, stretch it, strengthen your core. If that worked for everyone, you wouldn't be reading this.

This is a practical workshop. You'll learn what actually drives most persistent back pain, then put your own back through a series of simple movement tests. No guesswork, no one-size-fits-all.

You leave with your own numbers, a clear picture of what's behind your pain, and a plan built around your results.

Fill in a short questionnaire. Three minutes. It lets Damien tailor the session to the people in the room.

Attend and do the tests. Simple movement tests, no experience needed.

Get your report by email. Your scores, what they mean, and your plan.

Questions
Who is it for?
Anyone with a back that grumbles, aches or flares up, whether it's been weeks or years. You don't need to be fit and you don't need gym experience. The tests scale to you.
What do I wear or bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, trainers, and a water bottle. Everything else is provided.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund up to 48 hours before the workshop. Reply to your confirmation email and it will be processed back to your card. Inside 48 hours, you can switch to the other session if there's space.
What if my pain is severe?
This workshop educates and guides exercise. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you have severe pain, or any red-flag symptoms such as unexplained weight loss, night pain that doesn't ease, numbness around the saddle area, changes to bladder or bowel control, or a recent significant injury, please speak to your GP before booking.
