This notice explains how I collect, use and protect your personal information when you visit this website, register for a workshop, or take part in one.

Who I am

I'm Damien Baudhuin, a performance coach based in the United Kingdom. I'm the data controller for the information described here. You can contact me about anything in this notice at dam.baudhuin@gmail.com.

What I collect

• Contact details — your name, email address and phone number, collected when you register and pay for a workshop.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.
• Health information — your answers to the pre-workshop questionnaire (such as pain history, pain levels and activity levels) and your movement test scores from the day. This is special category data under UK GDPR and I only collect it with your explicit consent.

Why I collect it and my lawful bases

• To run the workshop you booked — confirming your place, sending you the details, and managing refunds. Lawful basis: contract.
• To prepare and deliver your personalised report — using your questionnaire answers and test scores. Lawful basis: your explicit consent, given on the questionnaire.
• To check it's safe for you to take part — reviewing red-flag answers and advising you to speak to your GP where appropriate. Lawful basis: your explicit consent.
• To tell you about future workshops and coaching — only if you tick the optional marketing box. Lawful basis: consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting me.
• To add you to the workshop WhatsApp group — only if you tick the optional WhatsApp box. Lawful basis: consent.

Who processes your data

I use a small number of established services to run the workshop. Each acts as a processor on my behalf:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Tally — questionnaires and forms
• Google (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail) — attendee records, reports and email
• Make.com — connecting registrations to my records
• MailerLite — email list and announcements
• WhatsApp — the optional attendee group

I don't sell your data and I don't share it with anyone else.

How long I keep it

• Health information (questionnaire answers and test scores) — deleted 6 months after the workshop, unless you join an ongoing coaching programme with me, in which case it's kept for the duration of our work together.
• Contact details on the marketing list — until you unsubscribe.
• Payment records — kept as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to access the information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or restrict how I use it. You can withdraw any consent you've given, including for health data and marketing, without affecting your workshop place. Email dam.baudhuin@gmail.com and I'll respond within a month.

If you're not happy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
